Refund Policy

At Atlantic Coast CPR & AED Training LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we prepare each class with dedicated equipment, instructor time, and limited seating to ensure a high-quality learning experience. To uphold fairness and adhere to American Heart Association requirements, the following cancellation policy and no-show fee structure apply:


Refund Policy


Full Refund (96+ Hours Notice): Cancellations and Rescheduling: Students who cancel at least 96 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a refund or a one-time complimentary reschedule to another available class.


· Rescheduling is complimentary one time if requested more than 96 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling requests will incur a fee of $35.


· All refunds are subject to a non-refundable $35 fee to cover the cost of prepaid materials.


· Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.

No Refund or Reschedule Requests (Less Than 96 Hours Notice): Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 96 hours of the class start time are not eligible for a refund regardless of reason, as materials and instructor time have already been allocated.


· Course Incompletion: We work with each student until they feel confident. With proper coaching and practice, everyone has the opportunity to pass.


Please note that refunds are not issued for students who do not meet course requirements, but you are welcome to re-enroll at a discounted rate and continue learning.


Online/Blended Learning: No refunds are provided for online/blended learning as digital products cannot be returned. Students may still reschedule their in-person skills session according to the cancellation policy above.


No-Show Fee


A no-show fee equal to the full course cost will be applied to students who:


· Do not attend their scheduled class, and


· Do not contact us prior to the start time.


· No-shows must re-register at full price for a future class.


· Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show to maintain course standards and will not be refunded.


Instructor or Company Cancellations


If the Company must cancel or reschedule a class due to weather, emergency, illness, or low enrollment:


· Students may choose a full refund, or


· Transfer to another class at no additional cost.


· A minimum of 3 students is required for a class to be held. If that minimum is not met, the Company will contact each student as soon as possible to notify them of the cancellation.


Exceptions


We understand emergencies can happen. In rare, documented circumstances (such as medical emergencies, death in the family, or other significant events), accommodations may be made at our discretion.


By registering for a course, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by all Atlantic Coast CPR & AED Training LLC policies, including the cancellation policy, no-show fee, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions.
